Terms of Service
These terms apply to the configuration guides, client information, download links, and related materials on clash90.com. Review the scope and limitations below before using this content.
1. Purpose and Scope
This site provides learning and technical reference materials on installing Clash ecosystem clients, importing subscriptions, setting up traffic rules, and configuring networks. It does not provide proxy routes, node accounts, or subscription services. Download links and project names are included solely to help identify the relevant software. They do not mean this site develops, is authorized by, or is endorsed by any project.
Our guides describe specific software features and operating environments. Interface labels, configuration fields, and system permissions may change with updates. Check the instructions against your version. Example configurations explain concepts and should not replace an active configuration without review.
2. Lawful Use and User Responsibility
You must comply with the laws and regulations where you are located and in any jurisdiction affected by your use, as well as the rules of your organization, network operator, and service provider. Do not use this site or related software for unlawful purposes, including unauthorized system access, violating others’ privacy, stealing data, distributing illegal content, or disrupting normal network operations.
Get the necessary authorization before changing proxy, DNS, routing, or virtual network adapter settings on devices or networks managed by an employer, school, or someone else. You are responsible for confirming that your actions are lawful and within your authorized access. Instructions in these guides do not grant permission to access any resource.
3. Third-Party Software and External Resources
The relevant software is provided by its respective open-source project or developer. Refer to the project’s own information for details on features, maintenance, licensing, and technical support. We provide links to downloads but do not control the development, release, or ongoing operation of third-party software, and cannot guarantee that external links, app store listings, or update services will remain available.
When visiting external resources, review their terms and privacy notices separately. Subscription links may contain account identifiers or access credentials. Do not post a complete link in public forums or expose passwords, tokens, or other sensitive information in troubleshooting screenshots.
4. Risks and Disclaimer
Network configuration changes may affect internet access, DNS resolution, local network access, and app connectivity. Back up your configuration before making changes, note your original settings, and learn how to disable the proxy and restore network settings. Before performing steps that require administrator privileges, confirm why they are needed. If something goes wrong, restore your settings first, then troubleshoot one change at a time.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, this site does not guarantee that its materials are completely accurate, always current, or suitable for every environment. We are not responsible for software availability, service interruptions, configuration errors, data loss, or resulting damages. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where the law does not permit it, or removes any statutory rights you may have.
5. Intellectual Property and Open-Source Licenses
The names, logos, code, and documentation of Clash, mihomo, and other clients belong to their respective rights holders. Use, modification, and redistribution of open-source software are subject to the licenses for the relevant projects and components. Describing a feature on this site does not waive requirements such as attribution, license notices, or source code availability.
Original explanations and editorial organization created for this site are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Credit the source when quoting them and avoid taking statements out of context. Before reproducing, modifying, or redistributing software, check the original project’s license; these terms do not replace it.
6. Changes to These Terms and Questions
We may revise these terms to reflect changes to our content or services, or to meet legal requirements. Revised terms and the update month will be posted on this page. Changes do not retroactively alter rights and obligations already established under applicable law. Any legally required notices will be provided as required. Review this page before continuing to use the site.
For installation, configuration, or connection issues, see the FAQ or follow the steps in the guide. Our technical information is not legal advice. If you have questions about whether a specific use is lawful, consult a qualified professional.
